This wonderful spacious apartment comprises of three large bedrooms, a Double Master Bedroom with a large double bed, and Two Singles Bedrooms that consist of Two single beds in each room so in total sleeping 6 persons. There is also a good-sized fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Hob & Oven.

The lounge is equipped for your entertainment with Flat-screen smart TV with Fire Stick receiving English Television channels and also with the option of Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Off the salon are double doors that lead out onto your private balcony which overlooks a dry river bed area and the Community Garden area. The Balcony area gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening. Lovely to just sit and sip a drink in the tranquillity of this area!

The Master En Suite bedroom has a large double-sized bed and there are also fitted Double wardrobes in this room. A bright and spacious room with the additional advantage of a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom is large bright & spacious and fitted with Bath and Shower.

The second Bedroom has Two separate single beds and is a bright and airy room.

In between Bedroom two and Bedroom Three is the large Family Bathroom which is bright and airy and has a bath and shower option.

The third bedroom again with two separate single beds has its own double fitted wardrobe overlooks the second green of Miraflores golf course. A bright and spacious room with the additional advantage of a ceiling fan.

The fully equipped kitchen caters to your every need. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, grill, and hob. There is also a washing machine and a Dishwasher.

Edificio Coral is a small development of 35 apartments. The apartment is a short 2-minute walk away from a sporting complex Riviera Sports club with Gym, Tennis, Paddle, Restaurant & Bar. https://rivierasportclub.com/ which clients can use for a reasonable fee. The beach is a pleasant 20-minute stroll just past the shops at Riviera. Taxis and buses can be found here also at the entrance to Riviera del Sol.

Riviera Del Sol.

A small group of shops is a 10-minute walk away. Try David’s bar for a relaxing evening drink. A very popular bar as is George’s bar. There are a variety of restaurants, shops, and shopping malls as well as bars/ discos, banks and ATMs, etc. Calahonda, El Zoco is a 2-minute drive away. A very peaceful and popular park and gardens surround the shops.

 

Shopping

There are several small stores, restaurants, bars, etc. within easy walking distance. Two minutes by car/taxi/bus is an OpenCor Supermarket and a further two minutes away from a large Lidl. A well-stocked Eroski Supermarket is 10 minutes away in The Miramar Shopping Centre in Fuengirola which provides a good range of goods. It is next to Dunne’s superstore.

Fuengirola and Marbella are exceptionally good for clothes and shoe shopping for all ages.

Just outside Marbella, a 10-minute drive away is La Canada, a large shopping mall. Good for fashion shopping.

Gibraltar is approximately 55 minutes away.

 

Car Rental

 

A car is not vital to the enjoyment of your holiday. The beach, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance, as is a taxi rank [taxis are fairly cheap in Spain] and bus stops. If you want to explore further afield there are many car rental agencies that will allow you to pick up a car at the airport and leave it there once finished. The apartment is an easy 25-minute drive from the airport.

Cabopino Harbour:

Cabopino is a short 5-minute drive away. Superb restaurant, [try Albert’s for atmospheric dining with free evening entertainment]. Lovely beach with sunbeds for hire, water sports, beach bars, etc. Turn right to Andy’s beach bar to find easy parking for the beach. Try some paella at the seafood restaurant whilst overlooking the harbor. A beautiful place to while away the hours. The beach boasts a lifeguard. Sunbeds can be hired locally.
